Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SafeVisa ("we", "us", "our") is an independent consultation service. We are GLOBAL INTERNET TRADE LTD, registered under company number 16782515, with a registered office at 10-16 Tiller Road, London, United Kingdom. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or visa center, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government or immigration authority.

2. What we provide

SafeVisa provides professional consultation and document-preparation assistance, including online consultations, visa eligibility assessments, document review, application guidance, interview preparation, and general immigration information assistance. We do not issue visas, and we do not submit visa applications to any government authority on your behalf unless you separately and explicitly engage us to do so as a paid representation service, disclosed and agreed in writing beforehand.

3. No guarantee of outcome

All visa, residency, and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government or immigration authority of the destination country. We do not guarantee, promise, or predict that any application will be approved, and no statement by SafeVisa, its staff, or its AI assistant should be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide to us, and for submitting your application in accordance with the destination country's official procedures and deadlines. You should independently verify all requirements with the relevant official government or embassy source before relying on any guidance we provide.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for our services are disclosed to you before you book a paid consultation. Our fees cover the professional services described at the time of booking; they are separate from, and do not include, any government application fees, visa fees, or third-party charges, which remain your responsibility.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeVisa is not liable for any visa refusal, processing delay, or other decision made by a government or immigration authority. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
